1. Service Description
InkStencilPro ("the Service") is an AI-powered image processing platform designed to assist tattoo artists in creating stencils from photographs. The Service provides tools for edge detection, shading guides, and stencil optimization.
2. Use of Service
By accessing the Service, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes related to professional or artistic tattoo preparation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. No Professional Guarantee
While the Service uses advanced AI to generate stencils, results vary based on input quality. InkStencilPro does not guarantee the medical safety or artistic quality of the final tattoo. The artist remains solely responsible for the technical execution of any tattoo based on stencils generated by the Service.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process the image for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell your images to third parties.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to process illegal content, non-consensual imagery, or content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance. Credits purchased via "Pay As You Go" do not expire. Pro and Studio plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not provide a partial refund for the current period unless requested within the guarantee period.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkStencilPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
