    1. Agreement and service

    These Terms govern your access to InkStencilPro, an AI tattoo-stencil workspace operated by Ink Stencil Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). They take effect on October 4, 2026. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. InkStencilPro lets users upload reference images or describe a concept, generate stencil linework, review available results, and export files according to the selected plan. Results can vary with the input and settings, so review each stencil before using it in a tattoo workflow.

    2. Plans, payments, and refunds

    The Free plan includes 10 stencils per month. Plan features, paid plan prices, billing intervals, and any applicable limits are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout.

    Paid subscriptions are processed and billed through Stripe at the price and interval presented when you subscribe. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the account billing flow. Cancellation stops future renewals; current paid access continues through the end of the billing period, as described in the current plan terms.

    The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time Pro or Studio subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first subscription payment, contact hello@inkstencilpro.com to request a full refund.

    3. Accounts and access

    You must keep your account details accurate and safeguard your sign-in credentials; you are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact hello@inkstencilpro.com if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Do not share access in a way that bypasses the seat, plan, or usage terms shown for your account.

    4. Acceptable use

    Use InkStencilPro lawfully and in a way that respects other people’s rights. You agree not to:

    • Upload or process images unless you own them or have permission to use them, including any required client consent.
    • Use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
    • Use the service for unlawful activity, or to submit content that you are not authorized to process.
    • Interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or circumvent account, plan, or usage limits.

    5. Images, prompts, and project content

    You retain whatever rights you hold in the images and descriptions you submit. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights and permissions needed to use each reference, including client consent and third-party rights. You grant Ink Stencil Pro permission to receive, store, and process the content you submit only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, generate requested results, display them to you, and save project information through the features you use. These Terms do not grant you rights to material you did not own or authorize.

    6. Suspension and termination

    Ink Stencil Pro may restrict or suspend access when needed to address a violation of these Terms, unlawful use, a legal requirement, or a material risk to the service or its users. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls. Complete any final termination, notice, and post-termination data terms after confirming the operator’s practices.

    7. Service disclaimer and limitation of liability

    The service and its generated stencil results are provided as available. We do not promise that every result will be accurate, complete, suitable for a particular design, or compatible with a particular printing setup. You remain responsible for reviewing the linework and deciding whether it is appropriate for a client and intended tattoo.

    To the fullest extent permitted by the law of [Jurisdiction], Ink Stencil Pro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or revenue arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.

    8. Changes and governing law

    We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The laws of [Jurisdiction] govern these Terms, subject to any consumer rights or other rules that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Confirm the governing-law and notice language for the company’s actual operating jurisdiction before publication.
